Joining fees not charged on my Aurum credit card

Got my aurum card 20 days ago and my bill generated yesterday , but there is no joining fees in the statement, as per my knowledge sbi charge it in first statement.

Since you say you did not apply for it, some sleazy salesperson disguised as bank employee would have misused your details to fulfil his/her monthly targets.

Reach out to RM. Once my 50k+ transaction was just vanished for 4 days. Not even customer care people were able to locate, later on it reflected again by itself

This is why I consider SBI as next disaster waiting to happen. It has SBI cards seperate for sure, but it's still SBI.

They give so much trouble, no rewards make it worth it.

True but SBI Credit Cards are very popular these days due to their instant bank discount offers on e-commerce platforms and during the festive season additional rewards come in to play.

How and where to complainant? I didn't get an SMS, OTP, anything. Now I get two mails, earlier I got an SMS.
Thankfully no Cibil enquiries were made, atleast not reflecting till now.
