July 2024 - Magnus 4B Edge Reward Points capping questions

Went through this document but somehow wasnt able to get an answer to the below 2 questions so looking for the valued voice of experience from fellow forum experts:

1. Is there a maximum cap on number of accelerated edge reward points that can be earned in a calendar month for spends exceeding 1.5L?
2. Can I say buy vouchers (not from Edge portal as that's excluded) for 1L from amazon (after crossing the 1.5L threshold)? Is that somehow excluded in 'exclusion list' of getting accelerated edge reward points post the 1.5L threshold?

Below MCCs will not be eligible to earn base eDGE rewards points and accelerated reward point in magnus:
Wallet Transactions (6540),
Government Institutions (9222, 9311, 9399, 9402)
Utilities (4814, 4816, 4899, 4900)
Insurance (6300, 6381, 5960, 6051, 6012),
Fuel (5541, 5542, 5983)
Gold & Jewellery (5094, 5944).
Rent upto 50k per month eligible with 1% charges

@m4b yes edge portal or any accelerated reward point transaction as per the doc I shared is excluded from additional rewards beyond 1.5L

So it seems both points are clear....no cap and no exclusion

Wallet Transactions (6540), Government Institutions (9222, 9311, 9399, 9402) and Utilities (4814, 4816, 4899, 4900) MCCs will not be eligible for edge reward points and spends done on these categories will not be considered for base eDGE rewards and accelerated eDGE rewards threshold calculation on Rs. 1,50,000. In addition to above with effect from 20th April, Insurance (6300, 6381, 5960, 6051, 6012), Fuel (5541, 5542, 5983) and Gold & Jewellery (5094, 5944) MCCs will not be eligible to earn base eDGE rewards points and accelerated reward points.
This one is the latest, earlier I took it from above tnc, my bad.

One more question regarding Amazon vouchers mcc bought from amazon and base reward earn rate...

Do we get base and aep rewards on magnus for amazon pay gift card purchased from amazon?

I purchased and the email said merchant name as Amazon pay... Does anyone know what is this mcc and is it covered?
