Jupiter POTs Account Dormant

Created a pots in Jupiter last month for an amount of Rs 2000. Tried deleting the pots but the error message keeps on showing "Argh, Deletion Failed". Messaged Jupiter team 10 days before and they asked me to submit kyc form via email since my pots account has become dormant. Till now I can't delete the account so contacted again they are asking me to visit the branch and submit kyc form. Did anyone ever faced this?

I'm in the same boat. Stupid Jupiter bank. I'm looking for RBI guidelines so I can force them to close.

Yes I had to visit the branch to activate the pots account.

Did you completed the kyc updation form and gave it in federal bank branch?. And how many days did it take to activate it?
