Keep or close DCP

Hi all
I am currently holding Hdfc DCP and neu infinity, Neu infinity is LTF and DCP is FYF. after devaluation of DCP I think it's not worth to pay annual fee. I am employees in government sector and not a traveller and high spender. Just spend 25-30K in a month. So i used Sbi cashback, axis ace, airtel for regular spends.
So suggest me that if Hdfc denied to make ltf of DCP then is it good to close this or downgrade to LTF Millenia (if available)

use it as fyf
then ask retention team next year to make it another year free or ltf
otherwise downgrade to ltf card

Adding one more point to what @xywowowvw said, you can even negotiate for Regalia LTF or FYF. Just maintain some good spends on the DCP.
