Two similar SCAM like incidents happened with me at KFC of two different countries, one in Sentosa Island of Singapore and another one in Kolkata, India on two consecutive weeks.
On both the outlet, I ordered some combo item because of price saving but on both occasion they didn't give one item viz chicken fry in Sentosa and chicken wings in Kolkata, I'm attaching photos of items not given separately along with bill.
This mustn't be coincidence. Upon realising the scam/mistake when I tell the counter guy that the item was missing both the time they behaved like "oh yea i know it, here it is" and gave me the missing item without any verification, which proves that they knew it.
Has anyone faced similar things at KFC or any other shop?
