Revaluation Kiwi sending upgrade to Yes bank for Axis card users

I received a push notification yesterday on the Kiwi app to upgrade the Axis bank CC to Yes Bank CC and when I clicked on it, it vanished.
Today I got the same message on Whatsapp

They are enticing us with free Neon and more benefits.
But I have questions so wont go ahead without clarity on them.
1. I have Axis CC liits (cobined) of 10.38 lakhs and I want to make sure if I move to Yes it will remain that much only
2. I already have a Yes bank CC and as such I am not even sure if I will be able to get it (Stupid 1 card/customer limit)
and what else will change
Unless I get all of these details in writing, I wont go ahead with the so called upgrade.

same happened with me Push notification vanished after clicking on it but I am yet to recieve that watsapp invite message

I had closed my Axis Kiwi card earlier and had got the same notification on 20th Feb and reapplied using the same.
The limit I got was 40% less than Axis. It was showing Neon membership free at the time of application but after approval it was showing 999 as the charge for the same so had to reach out to support to get that fixed. Finally could start using from March 6.

I am not confident they would have negotiated around the 1 card limit with Yes Bank.

These idiots have no solution. No NEON for Axis Kiwi. No other banking partner besides Yes Bank for now. It looks like the banking partnership with Axis completely fell apart since no new onboarding and rewards and offers have stopped except for basic 1% scan to pay. And Yes Bank won't issue more than 1 credit card. And yet they are inviting us to apply for the Yes Kiwi card.

1. YES bank stupid 1 card/customer policy MEANS You wont get it IF YOU ALREADY OWN Any Yes BANK CC
2. The limit that you have on Axis cards is not guaranteed to carry over. (I have 10.38 lakhs) so I would not even try to lose that

Its stupid, useless and they are NOT INFORMING customers of these details just bombarding us with spam

So no one has any idea about the timeline for closing existing yes bank credit and then upgrading axis kiwi to yes bank kiwi credit card.
