Today they came for physical verification for me. He took photo of me inside my home and photo of my home. He asked a few questions too. 🙄

This is common.. initially YES bank approves and later KIWI updates this in their app..
wait for a couple of days, you will get card detials in KIWI app.

Okay guys..
Took the KIWI dive...

1) Applied yesterday ie. 25 th July.
2) Immediatly got the VKYC link.. but it was broken at the first instance in the sense that, I can't hear here, where as she can hear me.. we reconnected about 10 times still didn't work.. I cancelled the VKYC session .
3) From next time on-wards , it was not giving me VKYC link at all .. it says somethingwas broken .. tried about 10 times again in the next 30 mnutes..
4) Then my brain started working overtime. and a new thought came in my mind..
5) Un-installed the KIWI app, re-installed it.. Viola, got the VKYC...

My card is now showing in the Kiwi app. I was able to set a PIN and see the credit limit. The highest credit limit I have now is from Federal, which just changed to Yes Bank, with a limit of 2.18 lakhs.

Same problem with my S23.
Seems all samsung phones have this problem.
Usually I tell the agent to Click photo from the front cam.
But the lady on the other side told me to walk into sunlight and she got the photo.
I am not sure if it was good enough or not.

Nowadays video kyc gives free vitamin D also 😉

Applied on 19th Jul. Completed the vkyc on 23rd July. Got reference no on 24th. Got a call on 25th Jul for address verification. I thought that was the last verification. But he came for physical verification today. I'm NTB
