Kiwi Yes bank Virtual card accessing the lounge

I recently got Kiwi yes bank credit card ,i got Kiwi neon Subscription also and i can see it is providing lounge access .when i tried to add the card details Dreamfolks ,it show an error

1. As it is virtual card how can i access the Lounge ?
2. Can we get Physical card if required ?
3. is there any list of airport lounges where the Kiwi yes bank is accepted.

1. On the Kiwi app home page, scroll down to lounge access section and click explore. If you have achieved your milestone it'll show and option to claim. Click on claim button and scan/upload your boarding pass to generate QR code. Show QR code at the lounge.
2. No physical card is issued. Already enquired regarding this. Tough you can login/signup on the Yes bank's Iris app to control the virtual CC.
3. On the Kiwi app, scroll down to the lounge access section and click explore. There's a search icon on top right. Clicking on it you can search for cities and lounges.
