kotak 811 account upgrade

I want to upgrade my Kotak 811 account to HNI Privy League Platinum account and talked to my Relationship manager. He says that you cannot upgrade to normal savings account and 811 channels are different. He says that he can open a new HNI account if needed. Is it correct and I read in this forum that 811 account can be upgraded

What is the initial funding required for opening Privy League platinum account. Is the apps of 811 and normal savings account is same or different
