KOTAK 811 CREDIT CARD INACTIVE CASHBACK

Hi before few days I upgraded my zero balance 811 savings account to 811 super account by funding 5K. Was just checking the new app and in credit card section I got rs 50 deposited with statement inactive cashback on 26 September . Last I have used that card to buy amazon pay gift card of 500 rs on 13 Aug and I paid the bill on same day. Does anyone knows the logic behind this inactive cashback?

On 25SEP24, I got 150/- as INACTIVE CASHBACK on my Kotak Zen Card for May-Jun period. As I am out of country since May, I am a bit surprised to see this trxn.

This is the 1st time I have received such a credit entry on any of my CCs so far. Pleasantly surprised.

Don't use card ang get cashback, on using my 811 credit card I don't get anything
