yes they do, not automatically though. My 811 is like 6-7 yrs old and I called customer care and they instantly upgraded to 811 super once i agreed and consented for 300 fee.

Bhai khud kyu nhi dimag lagana chahte, samaj nhi aata hai jab sab kuch already available hai. MCC is 5311 and yeh kotak ki exclusion list mai nhi hai.

Iska matlab? Ab aage nhi bolunga.

Looks like yes they added it recently because i received a mail today regarding terms update.

utilities payment seems to be added today. I got a mail stating TnC changed with the link to the above TnC page.

Although SBI removed debit card option but the reason we use to get 5% cashback using super debit card because MCC was utility. They didn't specifically mentioned MCC but they do specifically excluded utilities payment from cashback in their new term and condition
