R tomorrow my card delivered I can pay tomorrow?

If virtual card bin is 428091 and is in white colour then yes you can pay using that as the physical card is going to have the same number.

But both virtual card bin starts with 4594 and in same red blue shades. Also got a sms yesterday saying card has been issued mentioning ending 4 numbers which is not matching with the virtual card present in the app.

811 super virtual dc doesn't have red/blue shade. Wait for your physical DC.
