No, as you did the payment with red dc.

See the red dc is the basic 811 dc with 811 account which is free as virtual and physical is paid.
With 811 super annual fee is rs. 300 and you do get physical dc and virtual dc of white and silver (old red one still remains active) and the numbers and details of both physical and virtual dc are exactly same, so it doesn't matter whether you use physical or virtual card for trnx.

Now as you've used red card, I recommend you to pay your some other bill with the new white card which should be available in your app in 3-5 days and then you'll receive cb.

Understood, just read the t&c and it does state 811 dc eligible, still I think it's better to use specific 811 dc to avoid issues later.
 
Received cashback in one account and didn’t receive in another account. In the account I have received cashback, I had added funds using “Add Funds” option within Kotak app so if anyone doesn’t receive cashback, it can be a reason. I believe this is the meaning of Self Initiated Deposit as mentioned in T&C.

I haven't received the CB yet, paid bills using airtel thanks. For adding money I did UPI transfer so that's causing the issue?

I never add funds from add funds button. The bills you pay requires an credit of that funds obviously and that's enough.

I also confirmed with the 811 super RM & they confirmed you just need credit of 5k+ every month it maybe from any source and any method (upi/imps/neft etc..)

is there any way to find the MCC code of a merchant paid using kotak debit card ? May be something on bank statement or something ..?
Nope, CC doesn't have any information about it. If you have other banks, you can try figuring out the mcc using their DCs.

I didn't receive my cashback either. Paid a few bills on Unipay and the rest on other sites. They are releasing it slowly - slowly, so I will just wait.
