Btw today I got a phone call from Kotak grievance department saying they are seeing a huge amount of interest for 811 Super so they are rolling out to certain users in PHASES. If in phase 1 you are shown Not eligible, they will offer ineligible users the 811 Super upgrade in Phase 2. I went to my branch and was told this exact same thing by Kotak branch people so it's definitely confirmed that it will be expanded to more customers in phases.

Edit: Oh and the customer care lady also said "do transactions with your 811 virtual debit card, sir and that will increase the chances of eligibility".

Jokes apart, there is ADD FUND facility/ feature, check in MB, you can add money using that method via UPI or else remit/transfer from another A/c directly via any methods, at your own risk, if any!

●Cash Depost by Self

Just Now Checked Accrued Cashback that was Reflecting in Rewards Section of 811 App, Credited to Account in the Evening
