For people who are wondering FYI, I opened a NTB account this week on Monday(activated ) and initially I could see only virtual debit card red colour DC(last digits 43) and since yesterday I could see white virtual DC( last digits49) also, so both are visible right now for me in the app clearly mentioned as Debit card and platinum debit card . Tomorrow I will get the delivery of white debit card

I spent 4512 in Nov on redbus. I cancelled one ticket and received an 883 refund.

I still got 225 cashback on the 4512 without deducting the refund amount. The cashback was credited on 19 Dec.

Today at around 10.30 AM online I filled up the details...kotal executive called me at 11AM and wanted to come within 15 minutes...I was busy and told him to come after 3PM...he came around 4PM...All the formalities was done within 15 minutes...paid 5k in upi...account got activated around 6.30PM...
So smooth process...
I can see the virtual debit card details..Rs. 300 is deducted for 811 super subscription fee...
Now My question is:
If I use the virtual debit card and pay bills of 10k before 31st decmeber, Will I get Rs. 500 for December month?

Somebody said in the forum that he got cashback using the regular virtual DC. I would suggest u to wait till 31st. U may see super dc in the app if u r lucky. If u still can't see that then u can take chance with the regular one.

I think you applied for virtual cardin Simple 811 mode, Account becomes super on next day.
