Kotak CC Application Status Show Invalid

I applied for Kotak League platinum CC 13 days ago, My Vkyc is done but the status shows invalid after 13 days. I told this issue to customer care, they just told me to wait some days...What should I do now? Does anyone face this type of issue like me?

Kotak IT too, not great. Only the people at Kotak are great. 😅

If I'm at your place, I will ask just status of the cc application ... when the card will be dispatch and when will I get Awb no. ... what is cust ID.
