Kotak Bank Credit Card Application CRN Issue - Query

As kotak have started applications of credit card i was applying for card but i am getting Details based on crn not available error.
Tried with mail and dob,mobile with dob,only crn but the issue is same.
I closed my kotak bank account last month so crn is there but unable to apply for credit card .
Can anybody help?

They are still in testing phase. Just wait for some more days for the complete tech integration.
