But my status is active and when I try to pay bill it's showing unable to process your request have you faced this situation

Because Kotak is tied up with BBPS Bill Pay. If your bill is generated then automatically it will fetch, else will give issues.

So i should wait until my bill get generated and they i have to try to pay bill right ???

Yes. Any bill you pay on Mobikwik or HDFC Bill pay fetches you 1%
My bill is already generated on this 5th but it hasn’t been fetch by hdfc bill pay. Can you share ss showing kotak bill due in hdfc bill pay, if available ?

I paid kotak bill payment without getting fetched.
So i have to pay full due amount in one go to pay through hdfc bill pay because i tried to pay ₹1 just to check but the transaction was failed?

Not really, if your biller is active any amount you can pay.
I paid ₹100 initially after that ₹7.4k something which was due (bill was not generated)
Since Kotak is tied up with BBPS Bill Pay. is there any way to pay this via another CC?
All the cc are disabled at the payment page of payzapp. AM i missing something?
