Offer Fulfilled! Kotak Fd card: welcome points not received

Hello guys ,
This is my first post
So I got kotak dream different credit card with 5.5k fd getting a credit limit of 5k on 5th December
I have done 14k spends on it
There was a welcome offer of getting 500 bonus points on 5000 spends but I have got only normal points
Can anyone tell how much time it would take to credit the points?

Also I am new in credit cards and Cibil
When it will shown in credit reports currently it shows N/A

Earn 500 bonus reward points on – Activation + Rs. 5000/- spends in the first 45 days of card set up.

Time limit is 45 days. So you need to wait until 45days have been passed

Is there any criteria for getting LE on that card?

Use it for 90 days or 6 months for best results keep the usage moderate... Not too high not too low....

For LE increase the FD amount.
