I have a few Pre approved credit cards from Kotak Bank. I got a call from Head Office of Bangalore. She sent a guy to make me sign a few forms and took only PAN card (either PAN or Aadhar was to be given).
I checked and there was actually a pre approved offer, but I didnt want to apply be ause, there are a lot of enquiries in CIBIL recently. But the agent said that there will be no hard enquiry as my card is being given based on account.

- if offline applications for pre-approved offers are done in the same way for Kotak Bank
- how long it takes to process the offline application.
