Dear Kotak Card Holder recently applied KOTAK pvr Card Biometric done on 2nd day & 7 days processing sms come as well till now no clue regards 13 Digit application no even it throwing same error record not found already escalated 1st level grievance but form throwing invalid error during submit .
Card applied via agent in Bengaluru region now agent unable to connect is there any Kotak agent help me out with same what is the issue with Application even i am kotak 811 a/c holder but it's not in use.
Can anyone face similar issue please help if any kotak agent available here already escalated this to grievance nodal officer via mail 3 days ago but till now no updates.
