I am unable to redeem 2movie ticket of 400rs each of JAN month. This is my new card so i don't have any idea about availability but i get pop up like "coupons are not available"
So, what is the solution of this.

Brother you need to spend 10k in previous month statement then you will get 2tickits in next month…its spend based

See in kotak netbanking go there in credit card and pvr rewards then select month see you can redeem there

Kotak has a lot technical glitches on the app itself.
You need to raise this issue using net banking. They will be able to help you out.

same thing happened to me when I was trying to redeem coupons first time. Just call customer care they will issue coupons for you 🙂
