Kotak rejected card citing non-serviceable area

No. But for self-application through online website it did both verification.
No verification for pre-approved. Card was instantly approved and started showing in app. But on self-application online, my friend got both verification done.

Where have you seen this code?
I asked customer care team to share me the details then they told me policy declined with code P46 don't know what's the problem.

Have you checked status online?
Online status is same as application rejected.

Send mail and get clear rejection reason
I've sent email to first level - updated as rejected due to bank internal guidelines.
i can see 3 timea entry in cibil and then rejected the card. Can we raise rbi complaint for the rejection?
