Two good and unique benefit for this card 20% on zomato dining upto 5000 (no min amount) and pvr bogo on recliner halls, using it in delhi no maximum cap these tickets are usually 1800-2000 per tickets. So not bad if you already have a relation with Kotak and get if Free.
You can put almost all the cards in a flat row side by side and call them them the worst cards... no need of hierarchy... 😉

I think the second one makes you spend more, indirectly.
And 20% off on dining is pretty easy, with cards like epm, infinia or eazydiner signature

I do agree the pvr one is unique. The max bogo discount I have seen is 750-1000.

On PVR: It's simple. If you already buy those ₹2k Director's Cut tickets, you save ₹2k. It's not 'making you spend more,' it's saving you cash on what you already buy.
On Dining: You're just wrong. This 20% stacks on top of the 10-50% app discount. Plus, no minimum spend and a ₹5k cap? No other card does that. With epm infinia is all reward points not direct discount. And EZ diner has lower capping.
I'm not saying the card is the best, but give credit where it's due. These are actually usable rewards.
