Kotak website status

Trying to apply kotak credit card, but seems to be issue past 1week. could anyone applied successfully recently?

Yes, I applied 5 days ago.. it went well till vkyc after that it said to do vkyc from phone and then I was facing issue for vkyc for the past 3 days (saying agent not available, vkyc demographic cannot be verified etc etc) but after retrying it for the past 3 days finally did vkyc today. Application form also shows joining and renewal as 0 rs so its LFT as they are showing on their website.

Where exactly or in which step you are facing the issue on the website?
