My white credit card anniversary month is near, and I don't want to pay annual charges, so I request customer care to make it ltf or give me some other card.
They said I don't have any other card option to convert, so she can't do anything.

Wat should I do,

Raise a closure request , there is a 90% chance they will convert your white card LTF. To be true , I haven’t seen any paid white card 😀

But my limit is 4lacs they could have easily given me any ltf card, but they denied

It’s not about limit many have managed LTF zen even with 1 lakh limit
It’s about how you negotiate
