100%. Moreover there is no proper support system in place, non-reply email responses, unable to escalate through buggy applications, auto closures, have to work with only netbanking -> inbox that too without reply option.

Even though it had Airtel bills (utility transactions were excluded) and wallet payments (mobikwik and freshalicious (FTH Daily)) totalling ₹3500.
