Kredit.Pe Fd Card by SBM

I have a Crediloo by SBM bank fd based credit card Visa network.
Limit of this card is 9k (FD-10k).
Recently I saw Kredit.Pe app giving same Fd based credit card with Rupay variant.
I applied for that but the app is showing I have different number associated with SBM Bank.
Now If I close my credilio visa card,can I Apply for kredit.Pe card without any error?
I have applied with the same number but showing different number error

I would avoid that. SBM customer care is poor and in case there is any issue there wont be anyone to assist and help
