Late payment charges levied

I had a bill of 1 lakh, generated on 14 oct and had received refund of 1.6 lakh before the due date, so I didn't pay any amount, but hdfc has levied 1,300 late payment charges. What to do now?

Call customer care and tell them they mostly do the reversal in this case
