Late Payment Query on BOBCARD

By mistake, I missed my Bobcard payment by 7 days. Now, they have charged me a late payment fee of ₹750 + GST. I have requested them to reverse the fee. I am not worried about the payment but more about any negative impact on my credit score.

I have cleared the dues today. Will they still report this late payment? If yes, is there any way to correct it? This was my first-ever missed payment. Please guide me

I really don't think BOB will reverse the fee. The late payment will be reported in the system. You can request them to remove it but probably won't be done.

Most probably they will. The grace period is only for 3 days.
