Late payment reported incorrectly by SBI.

We have a business loan from SBI. The last EMI before the loan was closed shows up as a late payment in ALL our credit reports. As in all 5 promoters and the business for each credit reporting agency. So thats 6x4 = 24 credit reports. How to go about resolving this in the quickest way?

Regarding the EMI payment, we had standing instruction set which wasn't processed due to whatever reason and the local branch manually processed the EMI payment late. Contacting the branch they said it should resolve in the next month as the loan is fully paid and closed now. And they do not know anything about credit scores and reporting etc.

Please advise. Is there is a specific email address at SBI for these issues? The local branch is clueless and not sure what to do while admitting their fault.
 
You should write to the nodal officer with all the details and the credit report and email it to gm.customer@sbi.co.in
