lazy pay not providing no due certificate

I have emailed lazy pay to close my account and provide me the no due certificate .They are keep on telling me to check my spam emails but its not there and now they are not responding to emails .What should i do ? How to get the no due certificate ?I havent used the lazy pay account for more than a year and its still showing in my cibil as active ( payufinance)

If your first email is more than 30 days old, go to RBI. Have u sent email to payufinance?cuz that looks like the NBFC providing the loan. try reaching them for no dues.

I have 2 numbers registered with lazy pay .They send me the no due certificate for the number which is not linked with the aadhar AND pan instantly .They are not sending me the no due certificate for the number which is linked with the aadhar and pan card and in my cibil its still shown active .Instead of sending me the no due certificate they send me an email saying that the number is blocked and permanently deactivated from using lazy pay as per request and when i asked for NDC they are telling to check my spam folder in email and wait for 72 hours . Its already been more than 1 week and still they haven't send me the NDC. I havent sent an email to payufinance yet ..I will do that .By any chance do u have the email id for payufinance?

All emails as per RBI compliance. First send email to lazypay GRO and PNO, escalate to payufin if you don't get resolution. Wait 30 days and RBI Bamboo up the *****

Thank you so much .One more thing happened just before an hour .Lazpay send me a whatsapp message after nearly 1 year in my phone telling me that i can avail a 5 lakh personal loan and to click some link to know more about it .This happened after they told me that they already blocked and permanently deactivated my lazypay account .
