Lazyapy RBL credit card

I have lazypay account with good limit. As per RBL policy they suspended my lazypay account and said that upgrading to RBL credit card with lazypay banner. But still i have not received any credit card and in Experian it is showing as personal loan.
Should I wait or close this lazypay account?
What is the closing procedure?

Yes the lazypay limit will be shown as personal loan by PayU fin in your credit reports.To close the lazypay account u have to send mail to wecare@lazypay.in and tell them to close ur account,also once u close ur account u will not be eligible for their rbl credit card so if u want their credit card u need to be patient and wait for the invite banner to show on ur lazypay app 🙂

I don't think that's true, because I closed my lazypay account few months back and they issued NOC. This month I got offer to get the RBL Lazypay card and applied successfully.
