Legend CC - Upgrade or Fresh Apply?

Friends,

I hold LTF Indusind Aura Edge since more than 2 yrs now. I had got 50k limit back then. Which is still same.

Few days ago i received a SMS saying upgrade to Legend is available.


So i clicked on the link and it just took me to this page.


Its almost been a week now, i haven't received any call/mail from indusind.
Also nowhere it says my upgrade is LTF.

Meanwhile i see LTF Legend advt banner on TF community pages.

I'm interested in LTF Legend. How should i proceed?
1. Should i wait more for callback?
2. Should i call Cust Care myself and ask about the upgrade and its details?
3. Should i just get LTF Legend from advt link?
4. If yes for 3, will i b able to hold 2 Indusind CC? Do they allow that?

Please share your opinions.

Maximum time is 11 working days, escalate it through cust care via call/ Twitter.

That's wierd i applied on 14th and got the delivery of the card on 20th of this month.

IndusInd doesn't allow 2 CC unless one of them is a co-brand card. Your online application will be rejected.

Your best option is option 2. Call customer care and escalate.

Same here it has been a week with no communication from IndusInd bank. If someone has gone through the same process, kindly share the timeline of card upgrade process.
