Correct. Sirf first time after card issuance work karta hai. Baadme no offer available ya aisa kuch bata deta hai chaahe kitni baar try karo. Duo card aur Platinum Plus card dono me aisa hua tha mera. Recently issued Nexxt card me bhi yahi hua. First booking ke baad ab nahi ho raha. Looks like some trick to get more customers.

They have said it is one time every month. But it works just for the first time. Doesn’t work again from next month. At least for me.

As per customer care executive, preferr timings for BOGO are 11AM, 3PM, 8PM, 12 AM.
