Limit on buying Amzn GV (Tata Neu app)

Just today opted on tata neu app to buy amazon gv worth ₹3k.
It asked to keep limit between ₹50 to ₹500 only.

Though it went through in multiple txns.
Since last month wasn't facing such thing.

Anyone facing this issue ?

What's the upper cap on how much neucoins we can get per month on gift cards ?

Also will we get 5% neucoins if we use neucard infinity but in another account? Will this come under capping?

No option to pay via infinity cc.. only dc allowed (atleast for me)

Oo.. let me try again to buy using infinity card on tata neu app.. 2 days ago it was only accepting dc..
EDIT: One thing, when I goto buy shopping voucher it shows that I will get this many neucoins... it doesn't show the same for amazon pay voucher... so we dont get 5% with infinity card for buying apay gv on tata neu app?

Till last month, I had a same problem where the maximum limit to purchase apay vouchers in a single transaction was 500 but from this month it is showing 50-10k.

Yes that would have been the case as well because I have never bought giftcards from Neu app before.
