If the store generates payment link through POS machine and sends an SMS to my number after clicking the link I see only card payment option. If I make the payment via that link is it considered as POS or online payment? If MCC falls under 5% will I get CB for Swiggy card?

Yes. Link payment always considered as Online payment but it depends on mcc you paid
