Linking RuPay credit card is now possibly live on Google Pay stable version

I am not sure when I updated the app but for me it's live and I am not using any beta version of the app.

I am not sure if it's only for selected users to test but please do update your app.

You cannot add a credit card to Google Pay on iOS as far as I know. My friend was complaining about the same today. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I added rupay cc in gpay but when I scan code (tried on bhim QR and Paytm QR) it does not show cc as payment option. Same QR code shows cc as payment option in bhim app and it worked for payment also. Don't understand why gpay gives option to add cc but doesn't allow that in payment when we scan QR code. These are valid merchant QR codes not money transfer ones.

You must be trying to pay a personal account

In bhim and paytm it shows the option but payment fails from the bank side.

In both cases Bhim app paid successfully to merchant using rupay cc. So it looks like gpay has some problem where Bhim is allowing to pay by cc. I use now Bhim for all UPI payment using rupay cc.

for Gpay there might problems with recognizing Merchant accounts of other apps for now,
I noticed this with paytm and phonepe 2-3 times, when they were new.

Bhim app works perfectly fine with UPI payment with rupay cc.

For IOS, I am currently able to add Rupay card to Paytm, Phonepe, Payzapp, MobiKwik and Bhim app. you can try to use any of these.
