Axis Atlas List of exclusions for Axis Atlas card Edge miles

Hello All,

Can you please share the list of exclusions for Axis Atlas Edge miles?

I am not able to find consolidated anywhere.

Really, it’s a game everyday. I got the milestone benefit immediately, milestone counter increased immediately but regular miles missing for the past 1 week.

Got two transactions rejected on the Atlas card today on the first swipe, but they were approved on the second swipe. Two different merchants on two different POS machines (FinServ and Federal Bank). Ax-shit is totally losing it.

Not to mention I haven't received any Miles for 17 days now.

Same issue, no miles for the past 10 days. All retail transactions.
Milestone miles credited though.

Yeah. It's anxiety inducing on a lot of levels.
And to think this is same treatment for so-called Premium cards.
I don't have that kind of free mental space to take a credit card from Ax-shit

You are so right. Axis is least bothered about anything. They run the place like your corner shop money lender goons.

People make big claims about the greatness of our economy and all but there are hardly any products in the market that reflect this. It is telling that only "real" well-managed premium card in the Indian market right now is Infinia. Which is also unfortunately nearly impossible to get for ordinary people like me.

Same for me as well. Got milestone benefit instantly but no points for transactions since Jan 25th.

As long as they credit them by statement genration or even say every 3 months, then what is the issue? Obviously it's good to see them post as soon as possible but it's not a great hardship.

I dropped a mail to Premium.Experience@axisbank.com for missing miles and they replied that they have raised an interaction internally regarding my Edge Miles, the same will be processed in 05 working days

It will anyway get credited by then!

No miles credited for the past two week's transactions. Have anyone of you facing the same issue. Usually would have been credited 3 days after transaction was settled.

No miles credited for Axis atlas from Jan20th. I called up CC and they are saying they are having technical issues which are likely to be sorted out by 25th Feb😲

OT: My magnus points are also goofed up and in minus. They say this is also a bug and will get rectified.

Axis being axis I think.

Does Atlas give edge miles on EMI transactions? I don't see it in the exclusion list but being Axis, I wanted to confirm if anyone has got edge miles for EMI transactions.

It won't give

- Excluding spends on Fuel surcharge waiver transactions, Insurance (amount > INR 5000), wallet recharge

- Spends threshold for Milestone benefits will exclude rent and wallet transactions. The Merchant Category Code of Rent is 6513 and Wallet is 6540.

Also any additional fee Axis charges on making payment for these?

Direct education payments are eligible and no charges for that. Only education fees through third party websites or apps doesn't get points and also chargeable.

All educational earn edge miles.
Third party is chargeable, and direct is not. But both earn miles
