What are the hotels membership that one should have / look out for when on vacation dometic / international. ?

+1... I generally don't go for high end hotels just to redeem the points but after exploring Accor, I think I will be able to use points for hotels as well because they have good cheap hotels.
Are there any other hotel chain similar to this?

Taj epicure preferred is provided first year with HDFC Bank Speciale platinum account based on debit card spend.

Restricted club Marriott membership is provided in DCB as joining and renewal benefit which is spend based.

I don't know about Marriott bonvoy level 1 and 2. What are those levels?

Holiday inn will be the best economical option for ibis equivalent
It’s under IHG loyalty I think

When i am trying to redeem Accor Plus Night Benefit ... for IBIS its showing free but for Premium property its asking for a considerable amount ..

Also isn't Bonvoy Gold included with Amex Plat. Also Hilton Honors.

The versions of Club Marriott that you get with various Credit Cards/Banking programs (as seen from the T&C, as I do not have any of the cards) are the lite versions of Club Marriott. If you pay for the full Club Marriott experience you get a lot more vouchers: https://www.clubmarriott.in/benefits
Some of the benefits are tied to a particular property for which you purchase the membership, while some (50% off on food, every Tuesday, for upto 10 guests) are applicable across all participating Marriott properties in India (see this for example: https://www.clubmarriott.in/hotels-and-resorts/property/goa/goa-marriott-resort-and-spa)
