loading credit cards over limit and earning cashback/rewards

hi,

lets say i have a credit card with a high, uncapped reward rate and limit of 50k. can i pre load another 50k into the card, buy something of 100k and earn the high reward/cashback?

Depends on the bank.. some charge you for overlimit usage, some won't allow purchase above the credit limit
