This is Vinodh Kumar from Chennai , I have Purchased extended warranty on 27/07/2022 for my Mi Pad 5 Tablet from Onsitego® (https://onsitego.com/) (help@onsite.co.in) which is a extended warranty buying site for devices the Order : 9817458, bill amount : 4,678.00 by using zest money as a payment partner who gives 3 month EMI in the payment portal of Onsitego , but due some issue the order has been cancelled on 28/07/2022 and refund from Onsitego and has been initiated and its been paid off on the same day itself to Zest money. Loan Id : A9PN63CD1P72 (help@zestmoney.in) Loan amount : 4,678.00 (AS per Zestmoney) which was taken on 27-07-2022 has been closed on 28-07-2022 as per ZestMoney in https://www.zestmoney.in/. I have attached the screenshot of loan which shows as paid off in Zestmoney app,
I came into notice that my CIBIL score has dramatically decreasing over the months, And I searched CIBL report and found out that Member Name: HERO FINCORP Account Number: DELZPL00100009175283 It is showing an overdue outstanding amount of Rs-2211.38 this is impacting my CIBL score.
I have sent mail regarding this to Zest Money but there is no response from them Only writing reply mail that I have to wait , it’s been more than a year due to negligence of zest money my CIBIL Score has been affected .
HFCL (Hero FinCorp Limited) asked to pay the Loan Account Number 29696861/DELZPL00100009175283 the amount to be paid Rs 2,211.38 as per them
