Looking for best travel CC against FD

Hey Folks,

I live in a tier 3 city so most of the LTF cards like AU Ixigo, Tiger etc. cards are declined.

The only solution is to get a card against the FD, and I am fine for an FD up to 1 Lac.

Can you please recommend a CC for international travel (lounge etc), big purchases like phones etc. (I have major banks in my city like Axis, ICICI, SBI, Indusland, HDFC, PNB.)
