**Looking for Budget Over-Ear ANC Headphones to Block Ceiling Fan Noise**

I struggle to hear clearly in noisy environments, especially with a ceiling fan running during online classes. My current over-ear headphones lack ANC, and while my neckband has good ANC, it's uncomfortable for long use. With summer approaching, I need an over-ear ANC headphone from within a ₹4,000-₹5,000 budget (preferably lower). Can someone please suggest me some models?
