Looking to apply for BPCL (normal) card with some rewards

I had SimplySave card for which I have raised a request to upgrade/swap to BPCL card. But the SimplySave card closure is successful, but BPCL upgrade is declined 😒 (this happened in June). Now they want me to apply freshly. Apps like Cashkaro, Zingoy, etc are not showing any SBI cards for me (I don't know if this card will ever appear in such apps). Is there any other sites currently offer rewards for applying BPCL card, at least I can tally my joining fees/first year fees? Is there any period of time in the year, SBI offers credit cards with some kind of discount?

My bad … have a look at ZET named application, generally it offers highest commission payout in market so just have a look there

Well people are scared about so-called privacy and kyc is required in that as it makes you agent and regarding commission if your card approves you will get it ,been using for past 2 years and I have been applying for MYSELF and various other friends as you can refer to anyone and been receiving commissions without problem

I am not seeing KYC option, I have gone through all the menu options, still can't see it 🤔

I tried this and got approved card from bank, but they denied payment even though I had screenshot proof for affiliate link. And almost for new reviews in playstore (who tried CC and loans) gave bad review that it is not working. I guess they are restricting payment to new users.
