Looking at this forum, I found a thread about SBI card-swapping steps.
So I went ahead and asked them for swapping my Pulse card to Vistara but they directly declined hence I raised a closure request and got the call the next day. They tried a lot saying you already paid for the fee so the card is free for the next 10 months, why close it so I simply said I don't see any rewards for paying the fees.
At last, they agreed to swap it. I asked for SBI Vistara but they said it's not available, only available cards are Prime, Elite, Air India, simple click, simply save, and BPCL, so I went for an Air India card, and got my fees reversed on the 26th of June.
The real game started after this, they said it will be delivered in 7 days but it did not. So I raised a service request on 3rd July, and they said to wait till 10th July, and we will get back to you.
So I waited till 10th July but no communication and no sign of the physical/digital card. Hence I replied to that request and they said to wait till 17 July again.
Now Amazon prime day is around the corner I was frustrated and remembered @ALOAK words that he also faced this and sbi lost his card so he cancelled.
Immediately I went to the service section and raised a "lost and stolen" request and reissue request for that card yesterday. I got an SMS today to view my new card details, and I got a digital card instantly.
