Lounge access for Axis Select add-on

Does anyone know if Axis Select add-on card can access domestic or international lounge access? And whats the limit if yes?
For the primary holder Axis Select offers 2 domestic lounge access per qtr and 6 per year(12 per yr if spends increase 3 Lakhs in that year)

What will dreamfolks website tell? Isnt it banks policy if add on gets lounge access or not?
Also dreamfolks is only for international lounge access.
