Lounge access in diners privilege

I got diners privilege LTF in the last week and I got an international trip coming up in December
I see that I need to spend around 15k in the last quarter to use the lounge access

I see this is not possible with my current scenario

Can anyone confirm this and give me some alternative to this issue?

I also have a atlas card but not sure if my wife can use it with a second swipe at lounge

Usually for most cards, it should be available without any criteria for first quarter or month based on their usual requirement.
