Lounge Access Limit for Multiple Debit Cards Linked to Same Account

I recently opened an IndusInd Pioneer Account, which comes with a debit card offering 3 lounge accesses per quarter. I know that I can request a Metal Debit Card instantly, which means I’ll have two Pioneer Debit Cards.
My question is: Is the lounge access limit based on the account or each debit card? If it is card-based, can I use both cards to get 6 lounge accesses per quarter?

IndusInd Pioneer Metal Debit Card, though it has no differences in card features if compared to the normal Pioneer DC.
