I want to understand the structure of lounge visits.
I have an international trip in october 2023 with my wife, i have 2 super premium cards 1. Amex Platinum card and 2. Axis Magnus and also HDFC business regalia on visa with various other cards.

my wife has my amex platinum complimentary card.

Question : when i take an out bound flight from mumbai and access a lounge using any card, what is the lounge visit termed as international or domestic?

Question : i have a 8 hour lay in singapore outbound and 12 hour while inbound. can i use my axis magnus priority pass and do lounge hopping o is there a limit on the number of lounges i can visit in a day? NOTE: my amex platinum card's other priority pass is issued to my mother and she will be using it while on a trip to USA in the same time frame.

please help me with this two questions at the earliest.

I think with super premium cards you can use them anywhere domestic or international without any worry and does not matter on whose name it is.
